HR Partnering

At Propeller we work in partnership with the in-house HR and Learning and Development teams of our clients.

As part of the Propeller team we have an ex-HR Director who understands internal training processes and the needs of in-house trainers. We work to ensure we support our clients whether this means assisting with training needs analysis, course administration, training evaluation or budgeting.

Additionally we have developed a bespoke delegate database where clients can track their bookings, review past courses and see individual feedback from the trainer on each of their delegates. Password protected to ensure confidentiality this provides an excellent tool to support internal HR systems.
