At Propeller we understand that to facilitate real behaviour change we need to work in partnership with our clients, to understand training needs, set objectives, design and deliver creative and inspiring courses, to evaluate and to provide coaching and post training support.

Propeller’s bespoke solutions service allows us to work at any stage of the project, from conception to coaching. We can also design and deliver conferences with multiple trainers, team building events and pure coaching solutions.

Propeller has a strong tradition in adopting a flexible approach in order to satisfy our clients training needs. This adaptability stems from an understanding that all clients are unique and ranges from designing client specific training programmes, through to creating entirely new products to satisfy a particular requirement.

We have successful experience in delivering training conferences, work with a number of clients as an in-house coach to selected employees and are regularly engaged as external consultants on individual projects.

In addition to all of this we are getting increasingly experienced in being able to access government funding to help our clients to pay for these services.
