Coaching

At Propeller we passionately believe that the vast majority of people have a huge reservoir of untapped potential that they don’t even know about.

The role of a good coach is to put the coachee in touch with this potential and then hold them accountable for using it to achieve goals that they previously thought were outside of their grasp.

Coaching empowers delegates by establishing their “buy in” and accountability to make something happen and to also come up with their own method of achieving it.

In the last twelve months, Propeller’s team of certified Executive Coaches have empowered a wide cross section of Managers to overcome their workplace challenges.

Recent assignments include-

  • Supporting a team of serviced Office Managers to overcome challenging behaviour and culture change after a take over.
  • Running a conflict resolution session between an HR Director and her deputy at one of Europe’s leading banks.
  • Coaching a young Sales Director around developing her leadership skills and inspiring her team.
