Propeller’s Training to Coach course enables delegates to develop a more empowering and efficient management style that includes some easy to use coaching techniques.

Delegates quickly realise the power inherent in team members solving problems by themselves. Team members learn more, take ownership of outcomes and feel more committed to their action plans when they take initiative for resolving issues.

After attending the course the Manager will be able to identify a real synergy between team members’ individual goals and those of the department and organisation. Understanding how their individual success links directly to the greater success of a team and organisation has been proved to significantly increase motivation, commitment and productivity in team members.
