Propeller’s Leadership and Motivation training course takes an in-depth look at the key components of effective leadership, and how great leaders motivate their teams. It examines different theories to distinguish between management and leadership, and delegates are shown how to create their own leadership vision through practical exercises. 

Delegates are encouraged to analyse the challenges that they face and to assess the nature of leadership required in their role. They consider the “leadership moments” that they may face in the medium term and the skills and resources that they need to access to lead their team effectively. 

Prior to leaving the course each delegate will create a personal leadership development plan, and be provided with strategies in order to implement it.
