Course Benefits

One of the biggest challenges managers face is the handling of difficult behaviour among team members. Propeller's Managing Difficult Behaviours training course uses real-life scenarios, prepared by delegates, to define and understand these behaviours and practice techniques to overcome them.

Delegates learn to identify the source of problem conduct and generate possible solutions. The course also introduces communication methods designed to build managers’ confidence in dealing with those whom challenge their authority or disrupt team productivity.

Training also focuses upon absenteeism, uncooperative or obstructive behaviour and aggression, and helps delegates to develop techniques used in assisting underperforming staff to recover their confidence and competence.
