The Team Dynamics© one day programme combines team theory with an experiential team building process which is both innovative and insightful. By developing your team through the medium of food we strengthen team bonds and heighten self-awareness.

Using commercial kitchen venues and operating within teams; the challenge is to create your own "Pop-up" restaurant and produce a conducive environment and memorable three course dinner experience.

Menus are created in advance, catering for allegies and preferences.

This is an opportunity to develop your team, through the use of imagination, innovation and creative flair. Ensuring that strategies for close collaboration and coordinated communication are developed and maintained.

Team-Dine-amics can be adapted to run as a formal team development day, as part of a development programme or as an opportunity for social team building.
