Course Benefits

Propeller’s Train the Trainer course is aimed at internal training professionals and line managers who need to design and deliver innovative and engaging training solutions within their team or organisation.

After the workshop, delegates will understand the theory of how people learn and develop new skills through activity, practice and feedback. They will be able to analyse specific training requirements at individual, team and organisational level and identify where training will have the biggest impact. Based on training requirements, the delegates will be able to set clear behavioural and measurable objectives for the programme which can then be evaluated after delivery.

Based on real life examples the training group will spend time during the course developing a structured training intervention and working through how specific modules can be designed. In addition delegates are given the opportunity to put the theory into practice by conducting short training sessions before a small group.

The course design and subject matter can be delivered as one-to-one coaching or as a group training session.
