This interactive training workshop helps delegates to develop the assertiveness and self-confidence that is fundamental to enjoying effective working relationships and achieving acceptable outcomes from a range of business situations.

Following the course, delegates will understand how their behaviour is perceived by others, and how what they do and say impacts on their responses. Based on this insight, delegates will practice a range of techniques for controlling and managing their behaviours in order to achieve the desired outcome
