Course Benefits
The day first establishes the base level of confidence and persistence that is required in order to be a successful telephone salesperson.
Then a selection of working strategies for both bypassing and working with the Gatekeeper are taught that focus on building rapport and gaining access to the right person.
Through effective use of tonality, pace and pitch, delegates will be able to promote the key benefits of their products and services and via the techniques provided will understand how to influence and control telephone conversations.
Following the course both inbound and outbound sales calls will be more effective increasing both the quantity and quality of sales made.
