Strong negotiation skills are a vital competence in today’s business environment, particularly for salespeople. It is easy to assume that the other party has all the power and that we cannot push our points too strongly for fear that they will simply walk away.

Propeller’s Negotiation Skills training course aims to give delegates the skills to handle any negotiation with confidence. Delegates will leave the workshop with a clear understanding of the variables they should and should not be negotiating with, and their alternatives if a profitable agreement cannot be reached.

Through breaking down complex negotiations into a series of steps and focusing on preparation, the course will show delegates that the negotiation is something that they can control, inspiring confidence. Differing perspectives on issues are then considered through case study and role play allowing delegates the opportunity to build and practice developing and communicating win/win outcomes.

Throughout the course the trainer will generate feedback and provide coaching to ensure all delegates leave with the confidence to put their new techniques into practice with outstanding results.
