Terms & Conditions

No contract shall arise until a booking has been accepted and confirmed in writing (email shall suffice) by the Company. All bookings for all courses shall be subject to the following terms and conditions.

Payment of the course fee, or part thereof, shall be deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee is due upon date reservation. The balance of payment shall be due within 30 days of delivery of the course

VAT is chargeable at the standard rate

Cancellation by the Client

For cancellations made in writing and received by Propeller:

• Over 30 working days before the event, the 25% deposit will be payable
• Between 14 -30 working days prior to the start date, a charge of 50% of the course fee will be payable
• 14 working days or less prior to the start date the full course fees will be payable

Postponement of Courses by the Client

If, following a cancellation, a mutually convenient date for rescheduling of the training can be arranged, no additional penalty charges will be made beyond the original deposit fee.

Cancellation or Amendment of Courses by Propeller

Propeller Training courses are constantly reviewed and improved and therefore we reserve the right to alter the course content without prior notice. Propeller reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, an alternative date will be offered within 28 days or a full refund offered.

Interest

Interest on payments outstanding after 30 days will be charged at 2% over Barclays base rate.
